Since having the twins my eating habits have been a little off (to put it mildly). And that was almost three years ago. Yeah, not great. As I get older, I am starting to think that I really should pay a little more attention to myself every so often. Meals on the go and the serious lack of exercise (or time for it) has left me feeling a little sluggish – an increased caffeine intake probably doesn’t help matters, either.
